Coordinated the localization and market launch of 100+ new products annually for the Canadian market. Acted as a central point of communication across teams in the US, Hong Kong, and France. Introduced Smartsheet and Salsify to streamline workflows, improve transparency, and significantly reduce operational friction.
My Furry Friends (iOS App)
Independently developed a private photo-sharing app for pet owners, from concept to App Store release. Achieved 50+ downloads within the first week, with an active user rate of 93%. Defined the roadmap based entirely on user experience, prioritizing emotional safety, privacy, and calm interaction.
FuwaFuwonder Studio
Founded an independent creative studio inspired by My Furry Friends. Built original characters and a cohesive world guided by the principle that no one should feel uncomfortable or excluded. Currently developing personalized features and world-aligned interactive experiences.
