One Piece × Wedding Brand Collaboration — ADK

Planned and proposed a collaboration between a wedding brand and One Piece, carefully preserving both brand identities. Examples included character-inspired dress color variations that went beyond surface-level adaptations, aligning storytelling with brand tone.

All Blacks New Uniform Launch Event — adidas

Planned and executed a media launch event for the All Blacks’ new uniform. Handled concept design, athlete scheduling, and on-site operations end-to-end. Brand immersion was reinforced through details such as custom black catering and historical exhibition spaces, followed by an internal staff engagement session that boosted morale and team alignment.

Holiday Experience Design — Crystal Lodge

Designed a surprise holiday experience featuring a Santa appearance and live choir performances in the lodge lobby. The initiative received strong guest feedback and contributed to higher review scores and repeat visitation during the holiday season.
